Recipe: Chicken with White Wine & Herbs

Baked Chicken Thighs with White Wine & Herbs
Super Easy! Only half a cup of white wine + 2 ingredients + a few herbs - that’s all you need!
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thighs
- ½ cup white wine
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Thyme & rosemary
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken in wine, garlic & herbs for at least 2 hours
2. Roast at 200°C for 30–35 min
3. Brush with wine-oil mix before serving.
Suggested Wine:
Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay
