Warranty
The wine dispensers cover 2 years international warranty. However, this warranty will not cover any damage which could occur as a result of misuse, negligence, failure to follow instructions, use on current or voltage other than as amped on the product, or a modification or unauthorized repair of the product. It also does not cover normal tear and wear, maintenance or replacement of consumable parts, and the following:
- | using inappropriate beverages (other than still wine) including but not limited to hot beverages, liquids with pulp, sugar of syrup, or sparkling liquids and wine |
- | using the wrong type of water including but not limited to hard water, sparkling liquids or soap water for cleaning |
- | improper cleaning (any cleaning must be carried out according to the instructions for use) |
- | ingress of water, dust or insects into the product |
- | mechanical damages, overloading |
- | damages or bad results due to wrong voltage or frequency |
- | accidents including fire, flood, lightning, etc. |
- | damage to any glass or porcelain ware in the product |
This warranty does not apply to any products that have been tampered with, or to damages incurred through improper use and care, faulty packaging by the owner or mishandling by any carrier. |

A. Question for Control and Display | |
Question 1: How come the machine does not turn on? |

Answer 1: •Make sure there is proper voltage supply for the machine. •Make sure the machine main switch at the back side of the machine has been turned on. •Make sure the individual wine chamber main switch is “ON” |

Question 2: Why is the LCD monitor blank or show unrecognizable characters when the machine has been turned on? Why the Touch Control Panel buttons do not illuminate when the machine has been turned on? |

B. Question for Dispensing | |
Question 1: Why the machine cannot dispense the wine or dispense the wine slowly when the wine dispensing lever is pressed? |

Answer 1: Ensure the Wine Chamber Door is closed properly. •Remove the Locking Piston from the bottle. Clean and rinse the rubber tube and mesh filter by running clean water. Dry the parts and reinstall. •Check to ensure that the Locking Piston is installed properly into the wine bottle. •Check to ensure that the Locking Piston (with wine bottle) is engaged securely in the Chilling Chamber. •Remove the Check Valve from the Dispensing Head. Rinse it and clean it by clean water. Then, re-install the Check Valve to the Dispensing Head properly. •Check to ensure Check Valve is securely tightened after installation. •Wine will not be dispensed if the wine is in the middle of the preservation cycle. Once the preservation is completed, wine can be dispensed by pressing the Wine Dispensing Head. |

Question 2: Why do we see dripping from the machine after we released the wine dispensing lever? |
|
Answer 2: • In order to flush out the residual wine in the system, you would see wine dripping for up to 5 seconds after the Wine Dispensing Lever is released. • Check to ensure the Check Valve is installed properly in the Dispensing Head. • Remove the Check Valve from the Dispensing Head. Rinse it and clean it by clean water. Then, re-install the Check Valve to the Dispensing Head properly. |

Question 3: Why do I hear noise from the machine? |
|
Answer 3: There are 2 kinds of noise, the noise comes from the fan and pump from the machine: •(A) Fan •The fan is used to regulate the temperature inside the machine. •(B) Pump •The pump is used to dispense the wine and / or preserve the wine. |

C. Question for Chilling | |
Question 1: Why is the temperature inside the chilling chamber not cold enough? |

Answer 1: •Please make sure the room temperature is less than 70°F. •Keep the machine in ventilated place. •Do not place the machine close to any hot source or directly under the sunlight. •Make sure individual wine chamber main switch is “ON” •Make sure the Wine Chamber Door has been closed properly to prevent any temperature loss. •Make sure that the desired temperature is set. •Make sure that the air inlet filter at the back side of the machine is clean. •Make sure the stand-off parts have been installed at the back side of machine so that there is at least 10 cm distance between the machine and the wall. |

D. Question for Preservation / Vacuuming | |

Answer 1: Because there is air leakage in the system. Therefore, you have to: a. Check to ensure that the Locking Piston is installed properly into the wine bottle. b. Check to ensure that the Locking Piston (with wine bottle) is engaged securely in the Chilling Chamber. c. Check to ensure the Check Valve is securely tightened to the dispensing head after installation. d. Clean the dispensing head by running water-cleaning procedure. |

Question 2: Why do I see ‘Check Bottle Sealing’ indication on the display and the blue light over the dispensing button blinking at the same time during the preservation cycle? |

Answer 2: • Check to ensure that the Locking Piston is installed properly into the wine bottle. • Check to ensure that the Locking Piston (with wine bottle) is engaged securely in the Chilling Chamber. • Check to ensure the Check Valve is securely tightened to the dispensing head after installation. • Clean the dispensing head by running water-cleaning procedure. |

E. Question on parts installation & machine operation | |
Question 1: How come the Locking Piston does not fit into the wine bottle? |
|
Answer 1: • The Locking Piston is only suitable for bottle neck with diameter from 18mm to 18.73mm • Make sure the correct type of bottle is used, the machine is not suitable for screw top bottle(s). • Screw Top Adaptor as an accessories for screw top bottle. • Make sure the Locking Piston Handle is opened to 90 degree for making sure the sealing rubber to be released entirely. |

Question 2: Why the Dispensing Head cannot be opened automatically after the Unlocking Button is pressed? |
|
Answer 2: • Make sure the Wine Chamber Door is opened before pressing the Unlocking Button. • Make sure the Unlocking Button is pressed firmly. |
