Bellini

A cocktail you can make in the time it takes to listen to a song.

Ingredients:

- 1 shot fresh white peach puree
- Chilled Prosecco
- White peach slice as garnish

Instructions:

1. Add the peach puree to a Champagne flute or favourite cocktail glass.
2. Top up with the Prosecco.
3. Garnish with a nice peach slice.
