Red Wine Cheese Fondue
The weather’s been so up and down lately, and my mood feels just as gloomy. That’s when red wine cheese fondue hits the spot.
The rich aroma of melted cheese blended with the depth of red wine—one warm bite, and even the moodiest day starts to melt away. Cozy, comforting, with a touch of French romance.
Ingredients:
- 150g Gruyère
- 150g Emmental
- ¾ cup red wine
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with water)
- 1 garlic clove (to rub pot)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Rub pot with garlic, heat wine.
2️⃣ Add cheeses gradually, stir till melted.
3️⃣ Stir in cornstarch mixture and thicken slightly.
