Introducing the Nebbiolo Grape

About  Nebbiolo Grape

Nebbiolo is a red grape variety primarily grown in the Piedmont region of northwestern Italy. The most famous wines produced from Nebbiolo grapes are Barolo and Barbaresco. Nebbiolo wines often require significant aging, sometimes up to 10 years or more, to soften the tannins and develop their full complexity.

Flavor

Nebbiolo has intense aromas and flavors, including notes of rose, tar, dried cherry, licorice, and truffle, tends to produce complex, full-bodied, and long-aging wines.
