White Wine Garlic Clams
A simple yet elegant dish. The freshness of clams meets the aroma of garlic and the crisp touch of white wine, making it perfect on its own or with pasta and crusty bread.
Ingredients:
- 500g clams
- ½ cup white wine
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- Olive oil, herbs, salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté garlic, add clams and toss.
2️⃣ Remove from the heat and pour in wine, Return to the heat, cover, and cook until all the shells have opened.
3️⃣ Garnish with herbs.
Suggested wine: Pinot Grigio or Muscadet
