Korean-Style Roasted Garlic Ramen

The best moment after a drink is serving your stomach a warm bowl of noodles. With Culinary Class Wars Season 2 taking off, I tried Chef Anh’s Roasted Garlic Ramen - so good! 

Ingredients:

-  1 pack Shin Ramyun
- 2 whole roasted garlic bulbs
- 1 tbsp crushed ramen crumbs
- A little chopped spring onion (optional)

Instructions:

 1️⃣ Cut off the tops of the garlic bulbs and roast at 200°C for about 15 minutes, until soft and bubbling.
 2️⃣ Add water, roasted garlic, seasoning packet, and noodles to a pot and bring to a boil.
 3️⃣ Squeeze the roasted garlic into the soup, lightly mash for a richer broth, and discard the skins.
 4️⃣ Cook until noodles are tender, then finish with crushed ramen crumbs and spring onions.
