Recipe: Espresso Martini

Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

- 50 ml Vodka
- 30 ml Coffee Liqueur (Kahlúa)
- 1 shot Espresso
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- 3 whole coffee beans (for garnish)

 

Instructions:

1️⃣ Fill a cocktail shaker 80% full with ice.
2️⃣ Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup into the shaker in that order.
3️⃣ Shake vigorously and rapidly for 15 seconds until the shaker is frosted, creating a thick, velvety coffee foam
4️⃣ Strain out the ice, pour into a chilled glass, and garnish with the coffee beans to serve
